On April 4th, the CADECs were officially introduced during a webinar dedicated to the Latin American universities partnering in the HEADCET project.
The initiative aims to strengthen the connection between academic training and the labor market, offering students innovative services for career guidance, skills development, and networking with companies and organizations. The CADECs will serve as true hubs of opportunity, built on modern approaches such as Circular Economy and Social Innovation.
Key objectives include improving student employability, promoting lifelong learning, and enhancing collaboration between universities and businesses.
During the webinar, best practices were shared by Fundación Emblema and PUC, confirming a strong commitment to excellence and the concrete transformation of career services.
