From 23 to 25 September 2025, the Final Conference of the HEADCET Project will take place in Asunción (Paraguay), with the participation of universities, institutions, and international partners.

The conference will host several sessions of exchange and dialogue. Among the main topics, the Roundtable on Circular Economy and Social Innovation, which will address:

• the future of circular economy and social innovation in Europe and Latin America, with particular attention to trends and risks;
• two perspectives in comparison: the Latin American and the European;
• the presentation of concrete case studies: Collaborative Labs  (COLLs) and Offices Circular Economy (ODEC)

Alongside the plenary sessions, the conference will also include field activities, such as the visit to Atyrá, focused on community recycling and circular economy practices, and the Ruta de la Caña in Piribebuy, an experiential journey linked to territorial development and bioeconomy.

The Final Conference will thus be an opportunity to share the overall results of the project, highlight local experiences, and outline future prospects for cooperation between Europe and Latin America.
