HEADCET Project: Final Conference and New Cooperation Agreements
From 23 to 25 September, the Final Conference of the Erasmus+ HEADCET Project was held in Asunción (Paraguay) at the Universidad San Carlos (USC). The event served as an important moment of reflection and exchange, bringing together universities and institutions from Argentina, Chile, Paraguay, and Europe to review the achievements reached since 2023 and outline new perspectives for future collaboration.
Highlights of the conference included:
• The signature of key cooperation agreements aimed at establishing new ODECs (Observatories for Circular Economy), maintaining an active collaboration network, and strengthening international partnerships in Education for Sustainable Development and Circular Economy;
• The review of project progress and performance indicators that will form part of the project’s final report;
• A series of panel discussions, case studies, and field visits, which provided opportunities to share concrete experiences in circular economy and social innovation.
Through these new agreements and the collaborative work carried out, HEADCET leaves a lasting legacy of networks, tools, and cooperation models designed to strengthen higher education and foster more sustainable and inclusive development across Latin America.
